If you have been licensed for 4 years or
more, the Cal. Ins. Code sec 1749.3(a) requires that each licensee
complete 30 hours of continuing education before each 2-year renewal
period has expired. During the
first 4 years of being licensed it is required that each licensee
complete 25 hours of continuing education before each year
anniversary date of the license issue date. IT IS YOUR
RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP A RECORD OF HOW MANY HOURS YOU NEED EACH
YEAR.
Please be aware that the D.O.I. does
not allow you to complete the same course twice in a 2 yr period. |
