DO I NEED?

Life and Health Principles MRFTC 200204 15 Life   If you have been licensed for 4 years or more, the Cal. Ins. Code sec 1749.3(a) requires that each licensee complete 30 hours of continuing education before each 2-year renewal period has expired.

During the first 4 years of being licensed it is required that each licensee complete 25 hours of continuing education before each year anniversary date of the license issue date.  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP A RECORD OF HOW MANY HOURS YOU NEED EACH YEAR.

Please be aware that the D.O.I. does not allow you to complete the same course twice in a 2 yr period.

  Understanding Umbrella Insurance* MRFTC 200207 15 P&C Each course is online. To complete each course you will take an open "online-book" exam. After completion of the exam, it will automatically be graded. A score of 70% or better is required before submission of your hours to the state. Students who score below 70% may retake their final exam for an additional charge of $10. Credits will not be reported to the Department of Insurance until the student has obtained a passing grade. You have 1 year to complete the course from the date of purchase. *Course hrs. are subject to change without notice.*

REFUND POLICY
: Refund Policy: Due to the nature of online training, there are NO REFUNDS once you have logged on into the system. If you have not logged into the system, you may request a full refund less a $25 non-refundable registration fee. All refund requests must be submitted via e-mail to mrftc@mikeruss.org and must be submitted within the first 72 hours of registration. No refunds are available after 72 hours from the time of your online registration, regardless of log-on status.
