Refund Policies:
LIVE Classes - A student must submit a written request for any refund. There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee. If a student request a refund prior to completion of the course, the class tuition will be refunded on a pre-rata basis up to 60% of class attendance. After 60% attendance, all tuition is non-refundable. M.R.F.T.C. will refund 100% of the amount paid less the $50 non-refundable fee if notice of cancellation is made prior to the first day of instruction. No refunds will be made after 90 days from the date of enrollment.
In order to receive a refund you need to submit the following to the San Diego office: 1. Your ORIGINAL Enrollment Agreement. 2. Your ORIGINAL Attendance Card. 3. A letter requesting a refund. 4. Your credit card # and expiration (if you paid by credit card) **We do not keep cards on file for security reasons**
No refunds will be made after 90 days from the date of enrollment.
Online Courses - Due to the nature of online training, there are NO REFUNDS once you have logged on into the system. If you have not logged into the system, you may request a full refund less a $25 non-refundable registration fee. All refund requests must be submitted via e-mail to mrftc@mikeruss.org and must be submitted within the first 72 hours of registration. No refunds are available after 72 hours from the time of your online registration, regardless of log-on status.
